What you will do
- Build Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, reports, and dashboards.
- Create Deluge scripts, API integrations, and automations connecting Zoho with Globesword ticketing workflows.
- Map cleaning and restoration intake processes into CRM-ready lead, deal, task, and service workflows.
- Work with Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, and web form data where customer workflows require it.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on Zoho CRM and Deluge development experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM data models, and workflow automation.
- Clear communication and comfort translating operational requirements into working systems.
